Course Overview

Rebound Plus is a two-day add-on course designed for those who have already completed Rebound Therapy training.

 

It’s the perfect next step for helping your more able students progress beyond therapeutic-level exercises and start working towards mainstream trampoline skills.

 

This course covers Winstrada Grades 4 to 8 using inclusive, confidence-building techniques suitable for both SEN students and mainstream beginners.

 

Whether you’re supporting students with additional needs or introducing trampolining to new starters, Rebound Plus gives you the tools, structure, and confidence to help them grow.

The Bridge to Mainstream Trampoline Skills

Rebound Plus is Step 2 of the 3-Step Pathway to becoming a recreational trampoline coach. It builds on the foundations laid in Rebound Therapy training and provides the essential next phase for those working with more able students – whether in SEN settings or mainstream environments.

 

This course equips practitioners with the knowledge, structure, and confidence to begin introducing more complex trampoline skills, using the Winstrada Grades 4–8 syllabus. It’s ideal for those whose students are progressing beyond therapeutic bouncing and are ready for more dynamic development.
