The daily-use complement to Rebound Therapy

Flexible, accessible, and ideal for everyday use.

Flexi-Bounce Therapy is a structured programme that uses an orthopaedic-quality rebounder to deliver movement-based therapeutic activity. It was developed to solve a common challenge: many schools and therapy centres only have access to full-sized trampolines once or twice a week – or not at all.

This course empowers practitioners to offer the benefits of Rebound Therapy in more frequent and flexible settings, such as classrooms, therapy rooms, and even at home.

Who It’s For

Schools and SEN centres with limited trampoline access

PTs, OTs, SEN teachers, and carers

Parents and home educators

Rebound Therapy practitioners seeking a daily-use complement

What You’ll Learn

How to deliver safe, structured Flexi-Bounce Therapy sessions using a rebounder

A range of adaptable exercises suitable for different physical and developmental needs

How to create progression pathways to support each student’s development

Methods for observing, measuring and recording outcomes effectively

How to integrate Flexi-Bounce Therapy into school, clinical, or home settings

Upon completion, you’ll receive a certificate and validation number issued by ReboundTherapy.org.

Strategy for Retaining Members and Developing Coaches

Two of the most common challenges gymnastic and trampoline club owners will tell you they face are:

1) Recruiting coaches.

2) Keeping older members motivated and retaining them as they get older

ReboundTherapy.org in association with Gymnastic Britannia have developed the 'Grow Your Own coaches™' programme to offer a solution to these challenges.

We have introduced a pathway of courses that gymnasts and prospective coaches can start taking from the age of 13.

By encouraging your teenage members to enrol on the courses in this pathway, you can keep them motivated, retain them as members as they get older, and help them develop into your coaches for the future.

As they work through the pathway, you give them the opportunity to gain recognised coaching certificates and to use their skills to help out in classes other than their own; maybe with the incentive of a small payment which would rise with each course taken.

This offers them a structured pathway to becoming a fully qualified, paid coach at the age of 18, and a valuable member of your club's team.
